Our President and C.E.O., Robbie Ropella, volunteers with the S.A.F.E. program, a program designed to educate teenagers about self-esteem, wise decision making, and the dangers of unsafe sex practices. She has spoken in front of thousands of students over the past three years.
Our Director of Research, Robin Klempa, can be found one night a week, surrounded by pregnant women and happy babies. She is a long-term volunteer at the Pregnancy Resource Center of Milton, Florida. Robin has been counseling young people who are in the midst of crisis pregnancies for over five years now. “What these young women, and men, need to know is that they are not alone. There are people out there to help them through the tough times. I love Thursday nights because we get together and talk about the challenges of being a parent. The girls want to be great moms and give their kids better homes than they grew up in. They just need a little help learning how to do that. That’s what I’m there for.”
Our Database Manager, Jennifer Smith, attends an annual mission trip serving orphans in the Ukraine. Jennifer and her husband have been reaching out to the needy kids of the Ukraine for several years now. On her most recent trip, Jennifer brought clothes, toys, and other supplies to kids who may never have had much more than the clothes on their backs.
